Terrorist Attacks

Again France is dealing with the aftermath of the terrorist attacks of 13th November 2015.  It is shocking that these things go on, and for all their closed doors, France still managed to get attacked.

The mass media covered it fully, with footage showing on all news channels and across social media.  However, there was little or no coverage of the people killed in attacks Beirut.  These people matter just as much as the people of Paris, so why is there no mention of their deaths.  Ali Awad was just 14, and one of the first victims, he along with 39 others and the three bombers died, but this is ignored.  Today the New York Times published an article, but it seems a little to late.

It is a sad week for humanity.

Hospital Visit

So I went to the hospital to see the physiotherapist and whilst there I told her that I had been suffering for about 8 months.  She asked if my GP had sent me for an x-ray, which she hadn’t.  The physio decided that I needed an x-ray, but rather than send me next door to the radiology department, she decided that I had to get my GP to refer me (again) to the hospital and then get the x-ray.  She said that it would be faster, however, after speaking to my surgery, they said about 6 weeks.  I have fractures that have been bothering me since Feb/March, and still have to wait.  The NHS is totally up the wall, and it would seem that no one knows what they are doing.
