Back in the late 80’s I got to see The Real Thing as they were doing a gig in Liverpool. Needless to say it was a great concert. The video I am sharing was recorded at the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool. A hall I have spent so many evening there watching the RLPO (Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra) perform everything from Jame Bond Night with Honor Blackman (Pussy Galore) back in 2007, Alison Moyet for my 40th and way back when I was only 18 The Planet Suite by Holst.
